Screen Share & "Skype" Tech Support Request: to get "Page One Curator" (Adobe Air) to Load on My Desktop

Important:

Must be familiar with technical issues surrounding Adobe Air applications NOT LOADING.

This is the last support ticket I received, but after following instructions... "Page One Curator" still will NOT LOAD on my desktop.

SUPPORT TICKET:

We've run into this with a few customers, and it is definitely an Adobe AIR problem and nothing to do with our software. Nonetheless, we are still trying to help solve this. The folks at Adobe support community are much better equipped to help you though and I encourage you to post over there. They will ask you for your Adobe logs etc and help you get to the bottom of this. You can also take a look at this page:

Also please follow these steps exactly:

1. First uninstall PageOne Crusher if you have an existing install

2. Make sure the PageOne Crusher application folder does not exist in c:\Program Files or c:\Program Files (x86)

3. Check that your computer's system clock is correct. Correct the date and time if it not current.

4. Make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe AIR runtime installed. You can download it from [login to view URL]

5. Now try installing PageOne Crusher
