Technical Writer for Help Desk/Support Process and User Guide Documentation
$15-25 USD / hour
I am in need of documentation assistance for our IT Help Desk processes. Immediate need is for 4-5 common, repeatable troubleshooting processes. The goal is to provide a runbook of common issues and solutions to our answering service for after hours support.
Due to the nature of the work, I believe a local resource is needed, as we'll need face-to-face/in-person interviews with subject matter experts to walk through processes. After that, working on content remotely is expected. With that - ideally looking for writers in the Portland, OR metro area. Our office is located in Vancouver, WA.
