Hello, Please read what is written below carefully or else we will ignore your bid. I'm looking for a reliable person who speaks and writes very good englis. When speaking I need very little to not accent to answer inbound customer service related phone calls. You will also always need to be next to a phone and able to answer it (perfect for stay at home moms who need an extra income). Your basic duty will be to answer the questions as best you can (Questions and answers sheet will be supplied to you and you will know all the basic answers and what to say exactly), handle customers asking for refunds or more information. (You will not be doing the actual refunding but simply writting down the information and forwarding it to us by email for us to process... more like a receptionist). You will also sometimes need to call customers to greet them or to handle customer service related situations... I will supply you with everything you need including a web based voip toll-free number to use and to receive calls from. Also, are company is brand new and we are launching a brand new advertising campaign for this month. If the results are good you will very likely have a permanent salary! So, the pay might not be the best starting out but as we grow your salary will grow quickly and you will have a lot of room to move up in the company in terms of positions. This job for now will only be for one month and as mentioned above you will only be working for a few hours and I will pay you $75 US as we will have a peak in orders and customer service calls because of this ad. But if the results are good you will have a permanent salary and will discuss this matter with you in private. Requirements: Respectful, social and friendly,wire and speak good english with little to no accent, able to manage stress and several tasks, good communicator and flexible for new opportunities, able to lead teams of people. You will also have to go through a skype interview.
