CPA / Marketing a Web site

This project is very simple - looking for a company to market my Health sites. The TEST campaign will go for 15 days. IT will need traffic or email blast's (or whatever) related to Health and Nutrition. We have over 30 sites wit hthe same product but different pricing. Please send me a quick plan how you will achieve the marketing plan - DO NOT BOTHER WITH SEO/SEM Organic tactics -we already do and they DO NOT WORK. These products work with affiates doing CPA's (cost per action (sale)) which is what we want, but will settle for huge traffic if the ROI is low... We pay per 30.00 per CPA if you want to go that route - NO prepay. We have many banner ads, email html's, images, whatever...We use VERY good looking models to promote our products, so clicks / conversions come easy - Enclosed is one. We pay weekly.
