My name is Cris Ochavez Zamora, everyone calls me Chanel. I've been doing Sales for 12 years in a combination with Customer Service, Escalations and Retention. I used to be an Escalation Supervisor where I train my people on how to properly handle escalated contacts and pacify difficult customers.
