Sales Agent/Recruiter Needed, 100% Inbound Calls

We have a rapidly growing Public Relations firm and are looking to grow our "independent sales agent" program. We need a recruiter who has a strong background in sales and knows how to interview candidates for "commission only" sales programs.
This is a salary+bonus job. These sales agents will be calling our leads and selling our publicity services to companies who want more PR for their executives and company. Our prices are affordable and our services offer "guarantees" to clients which is rare in our industry.
Job Details:
-Hours: 9-5 (sometimes later on sales agent training days)
-Respond to our incoming calls and emails from Independent Agents who want more information about joining our sales team.
-Explain the position, get them excited and eager to start in this 100% Commission sales job (they get fresh new and qualified leads each day directly in their email box with complete contact info. So for anyone wanting to work from home, this is a dream job so you're job is to grow our sales agent program quickly)
-You'll also do onboarding for each rep: subcontractor agreement signed by agent, set up training, setup logins for their portal access where they will be making their calls
-you'll receive around 200 calls per week from people interested in joining us, Your job is to pick between 10 (at a minimum) to 20+ (easy to do if you are organized) and onboard them for our program.
-bonuses come if you are hitting and exceeding the 10 agents per week minimum. Yes, it's easy to hit your quota so yes, it's easy to hit bonus each week.
-You'll set up the conference calls for training, and walk new agents through their portal which they log into via their home computer where they will make calls, receive calls, respond to emails and update their calendar. Everything they do will be through that portal so we can help manage their productivity.
Salary and compensation:
- You'll be paid $500 per week as a base
- You'll receive bonuses of $500 to $1500 each week as you hit quota and set up sales agents with the onboarding process.
- You'll work from HOME and you'll work 40-50 hours per week
