Selenium Driver for FireFox bug Fixing

On C# i've got a code which using Selenium WebDriver to do Browser Automation Action.
The program work well on Windows 7.
But on Windows 2008 Server it doesn't work.
This is the example of code when I've got an exception errror:
FirefoxProfile profile = new FirefoxProfile();
[login to view URL] = 9966;
driver = new FirefoxDriver(profile); <- at this line I've got Exception. Failed to start up socket within 45000 ms
