I need someone to animate a loading icon. The raw design (PSD) will be provided, all you need to do is to make GIF animation from the provided design. There will be 2 moving parts - Outer circle (2D circular motion) - Inner Dice (3D rolling motion) It is preferrable for GIF file to be minimum in size, since it is a loading screen, and I don't want the visitor to see blank screen because the loading animation fails to load.
