Create a short character animated e-card

I need an animated e-card. Using the attached pictures and the description of the scenes below: 1. SCREEN #1 - Text appears: " I hope your Birthday is as happy as " 2. SCENE #2 - Picture attached of Hands dealing cards (to be animated to look like the hands are dealing cards) 3. SCENE #3 One Card flips up and the writing on the card reads: HAPPY BIRTHDAY - with the attached picture of a birthday cake under the text I will also provide the music loop for the e-card Also if you can't use my pictures you can provide the pictures Can you do this?
