Do some 3D Modelling

I have a 3D drawing of a funnel-shaped part that mounts to the top of a small fan to channel the air flow into an attached piece. This drawing will be used for 3D printing of the funnel and should be in a compatible format (STL?). I have included a copy of my drawing and the spec sheet of the fan to which it will attach. The part should be designed with a thickness (the plastic thickness) of about 3mm. The maximum height should be just over 1in, but the most important dimensions are at the base (where it will be bolted to the fan face) and the diameter of the funnel tube since it will be the attachment point for another piece. The diameter of the funnel should be 1 inch at the base and at the raised retention ring which is located about 10mm from the base. The diameter should gradually decrease as it moves toward the outlet (top) where it should be about 7/8" in diameter.
