My plan for this project: Shot 1- A simple case of keying the green screen and matching the angle in the replacement footage. The keying should be able to handle most of it, but this might require some manual cleaning up around the doctor. Shot 2- This shot would require a version of the front of the van to be created in photoshop without the logo then tracked into place. This will need additional care for any motion blur/lighting changes that occur. Shot 3- This would be achieved in a similar fashion to shot 1, the main difference in this shot is the light reflecting off the screen, but this wouldn't be an issue to recreate. Shot 4. This shot would simply require stock footage of a gun muzzle placed appropriately and recoloured to fit the scene, with a slight relighting of the actors face to match the light given off by the muzzle blast effects. Shot 5. See shot 1. Shot 6. This shot would be best treated the same as shot 2, with a replacement blank license plate being put into place. This maintains the overall shot while removing the current license plate information. Shot 7. Sound effect sourced from stock sounds. Shot 8. I would treat this shot similar to most skin retouching work, smoothing out the shot where needed while avoiding too much blur. A slight tweak to the colouring of the belly might also help. Shot 9.
