Animate wheat models in Blender

What I have: I have a series of models in blender showing the growth of a wheat-plant, see attached. I can send you that blend-file. What I need: Now I need someone to help me animate 2x2 sets of plants going through those stages (one set could use my models as a reference, the second should have variations in composition and distribution of branches and leafs but follow the same stages in the animation). The animations: 2 x Healthy plants - where the plant in 30 seconds go through the different stages looking healthy. 2 x Sick plants - Where the plants in 30 seconds go through the first 3 stages just fine but then at stage 3-5 start collapsing and crumbling, turning brown (I just need help with the animation of the models though, animating the texture turning the plants brown is something I can sort out myself). There is no 3D-reference for this step. The animations should be delivered as a .blend-file
