Hello, I can make 2D/3D GIF/FLASH/VIDEO, ie. make drawings of elements needed to be animated later, place elements in the image/video with other elements, retouch image/video, cut unnecessary elements, animate still elements flawlessly. Finnally I give some effects to the file to produce final look. These treatments sum up together give a result of nice and small in size video/animation material. Price is high because I use methods like frame by frame animation and other time consuming techniques needed in certain moments.
