Create an Animation (.GIF) for Website

Hi, I am looking to get a .GIF designed to be part of some web design. I have a pretty detail example 'Crowdfire GIF'. I want to replicate the pulsating movement with my logo in the middle and a few different social networks around it. I would like the shading and render to be very similar however the colour used to be our brand colour which is #00CCBB. The GIF must be roughly the same duration as the one shown and the same size so it can be scaled down and still work for web. I have attached an example of what I tried to replicate for my site 'Social King Example'. Please dismiss the image size as this was used for the site. I would like you to create the pulsating effect with the social networks shown on my image and possibly add some lines and other effects as shown on the 'crowdfire GIF' Pretty much replicating it with my logo. I have attached an AI file of the logo to be used. As for all my projects I will not accept anyone who automatically bids, you MUST write '#18439' at the end of your bid for me to know that you have read and understood the project. This project shouldn't take long and will 100% lead to more work if it is executed properly. I'm hoping for bids between $40-$70.
