We need to create a spinner (the "loading" spinner for a web-based system) out of our logo. The logo will be provided in a PhotoShop format so that you could work with different layers. Our idea is to have the colourful bubbles in the middle of the logo to pulse (get bigger, then smaller) and rotate. However, we are open to other good ideas. The logo is attached.
