project specifications: creation of an photorealistic environment in Unity 3D and Unreal engine. I’ve got scene in Unity with one building which must be included in both engine scenes and I’ve created something in Unity but the textures and effects are not high quality so this needs to edit and upgrade. According to this Unity scene is needed to create Unreal scene.

I prefer to pay per art, if you are able to accomplish this specs, we can make an arrangement. Last thing I need to know is estimated time and price. Thank you.
