I'm looking for someone to build a 3D interactive presentation / animation that can be used standalone as a video, or interactively, by clicking a section and getting more information. (I understand we may need to use different platforms or even people to accomplish this once base renderings are complete.) The idea is to show a 3D road (doesn't need to be photo realistic, but shouldn't be too cartoonish either) from 30-45 degrees above and to the side, with background, markings and road signs. As the road advances, there are road signs or possibly trucks appearing... as they appear (or as they are selected), the view rotates to show an area under the road (or inside the truck), with all the components that go into / represent what the road sign says. Conceptually, think of above water view of an iceberg (the tip) rotating to below water view (the bulk). We would start small with wireframes to prove concept, and eventually move to possibly 14 different road signs or trucks, with content beneath. This is a relatively large piece of work, so please do not respond unless you believe you are capable of delivering and working on this iteratively over time. We would pay for delivery of each stage of the project along the way on a fixed fee basis and for each iteration to refine design. We are not particular about the technologies used to create content, we only care about having the output in a common format.
