Hello i am expert/calliber artist using blender program and can model mostly any i wanted to. I can even teach you to learn blender. Base from job description it seems you want a video recording of the steps how to model such object in blender having text instruction on screens or perhaps just screenshot with text instruction building a 3d model from scratch either way i can produce both or any.
