Hello, I have experience with Blender and After Effects, which I'll use to make what you need. Everything that I saw in the video I can do, so no problems from a technical side. I believe the drone can be modeled and animated in AutoDesk Maya. If you would like it could also be rendered using Unreal Engine, which would look much nicer than the video reference provided.
