Design and Print a Custom Part with a 3D Printer

I need an hemi-circle wheeled bumper arch with an arch diameter of approximately 200mm. These measurements do not have to be exact and +/- tolerance to allow them to to be made using the build volume of the Flash Forge Creator Pro 3D printer described below is fine. The top and bottom arch pieces will have pegs regularly spaced that allow plastic wheels to be inserted all along the arch. (see attached pictures). The designer can choose how many wheels would be needed. The two arch pieces will fit together top and bottom and have fittings to allow them to snap together or be bonded together easily. The wheel pegs or axles will be 3-5mm in diameter and long enough to let the wheels spin easily on their axles, but not so long that the wheels wobble excessively when spun. The arch will have two 5mm holes on each side to allow it to be attached it to its base that is not part of this project (See picture) The wheels will be designed to be about 25-30mm in diameter and spaced close but not touching so they can spin freely. In short I need a smaller version of what I show in this picture but designed with a hemi-circle single radius shape where the picture attached is not a hemi-circle shape. It is not a piece that must be exact to fit into another part leaving the designer room to make something up that is close to the above description and attached pictures. The arch pieces should be small enough to make as single pieces a with a Flashforge Creator Pro (225mm x 145mm x 150mm) build volume. The files should be compatible with that printer. In short I want the largest arch that fits this printers build volume. I will also require print files for the 3D printed wheels. The project milestones: 1) Approved design for the arch and wheels 1/3 payment 2) Print a prototype and send pictures and videos to prove it works (eg. the wheels spin freely, smoothly) 1/3 payment 3) Send the 3D printer files 1/3 payment.
