Design me a professional looking cellphone case for Samsung S4/iphone 5S

I need a cellphone case that combines all three features that are below (See links) Essentially it needs the slim look, but thick feel in the back. Take a look at the otterbox link: [login to view URL] , where the camera is bordered by the case, it needs to be that thick, but hollow inside from the surface of the camera and back of the phone. so it would allow some breathing area for something to be stored back there. I only need one professional to design this and turn it into a 3d model. After that it will be turned into a 3D printed file for prototype. This honestly shouldn't be too hard for the soul fact I have already provided you with the 3 ideas, and that's all I really need. Just add my unique spin to it.
