Proposal 1:
Assuming only plot A is available for development.
Requirements
· 6 - 8 apartments (250 sqm built up area)
· 3 bed rooms with attached washroom + study + powder room + maids quarter with toilet and kitenette + drawing and one large balcony or verandah
· two staircases + lift
· gym + swimming pool
· parking 12 to 16 cars
Proposal 2:
Assuming all construction on plot A and amenities to be done on plot B – looking at total of 18 to 20 apartments
· 12 apartments (250 sqm built up area)
· 3 bed rooms with attached washroom + study + powder room + maids quarter with toilet and kitenette + drawing and one large balcony or verandah and utility room
· 6-8 apartments ( 200 sqm built up area)
· 2 bed rooms with attached washroom + study + powder room + drawing and one or verandah + utility room
· two staircases + lift
· gym + swimming pool + club house + sandpit for kids + jogging track
· parking lot 27 to 32 cars
We need 2d and after approval, we will need 3d layout also.
