we are a big 3d service company that mostly use best freelancers all though we have some designers in house

we need exterior specialist (excellence only) for long term relation!

for now, as a start, i have skettpark project

see details and bid

that is a quick project for studio/person that can start right away

minimum 2 images, maximum 4 images (at least one night anyway)

budget is 50-75$ per image (day or night render)

i will answer only for best skills bidders, with best looking exteriors.

its also important that bidder studio/person is expert in 3d modeling, and can read well dwg plans and sections (this project is simple, but for next ones)

we also always need interior expert, and 2d plan expert (specially ones that making clean of dwg to 5-6 needed layers, and ready for photo shop fast and smart)
