Please see the attached images to understand the game.
No coding will be needed we just need to import the models and let our programmer design the game. We will need the following pieces/models (baked/lightmap/textured)
1)A cannon which shoots virus to the other fort
2)the virus which is being shot by the cannon
3)road blocks between the roads(already been designed in cinema 4d just need to convert it to unity and redress/recolour etc see the attachments)
4)forts ( each layer will be a different design)(it will be a metaphoric fort which will be composed of modems servers and all kinds of digital/cyber security stuff.)
everything will be the same for the teams only the colours will be different.
***we are going to give the conceptual drawings & ideas for all the models. so we will work like; our deisgner will give the ideas&images -> you/your 3d artist models it and colours/texturizes on unity.***
And there will be a couple of changes during this period such as ("can we make the cannons tip a bit longer?" etc. we will work part by part when you start the cannon we will pay the milestone and then the other models. after finishing the project we will release all the milestones. and in total we have 2 weeks.
and just to be sure. we will need the models textures in unity(we might ask for .3ds files time to time, since our 3d artist only knows how to model in cinema 4d. and he will be doing prensentation to the client).
to sum up:
"a cannon with 2 pivot points, a cyber fort on a flying island, already modelled road blocks, a cannonball virus."
is what we need.
and any extra work (if needed) will be paid extra dont worry.
edit: THIS IS A UNITY PROJECT AND UNITY DOESNT SUPPORT TRANSFERING ASSETS(MATERIALS) FROM CINEMA4D,3DSMAX, SO PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH UNITY. SINCE WE WILL NEED THE FILES IN FBX FORMAT FOR UNITY USE!!!(exporting in .fbx format is not a solution, nearly all of the aspects dissappear in unity)
