Airbus A320 cockpit part texturing with given 3D FBX model

We made a detailed 3D model of the Airbus A320 airplane cockpit. This 3D FBX model needs to have textures and normal maps. We start with a simple panel but need to have done more later on.
we provide:
- low res FBX model
- high res FBX model
- close up photos of that part at day and night light.
we require:
- Fast low res model for animation in Unity3D
- textures with best quality and normals maps
- state of the art optical look
If you know substance painter, then this would be a preferred tool but you are open to use the tools you are familiar with.
The low-res model will be animated in Unity3D later on.
There are more panels to be completed if this first task is made to our satisfaction.
