I have over 15 years experience designing and prototyping different devices and systems across multiple industries. I would like to collaborate with you on this project and possible future ones. Your stl file lack of the essential features for a good 3d print (filet radiuses). Beside this, while i will make the lip for the gasket, i will have to make the bottom half a little thicker near the middle plane, or to make the walls of the bottom half very thick in order to accommodate the gasket. One more thing you should specify is the protection grade or at least it is enough to be splashproof or is mandatory to be waterproof. Any plugs/sockets/cable through the walls?
