Hi there! I feel I'm the right man to take on this project. I have over 5 years experience working on interior designs and I'm very sure you will like my work. I would take this project on by first creating a 3d model using a CAD program called Revit Architecture. After this I will export the building to 3ds max to do the interior work and also create realistic renderings that follow the guidelines you set out in the google folders.
