I'm looking for someone to take an existing floor plan and put together a revit architectural/mep set. I can take architectural/mep separately but it would be better if it can be done by the same party because it's a simple floor plan/house. I have a geotech survey of the lot, and an existing revit file. We'll use that as a starting point, and map out the framing of the walls/floors/roof based on that. Key details: - Low slope roof design with parapets - Plumbing will need all drains and vents, plumbing circuit clearly laid out to code (may require a hot water recirculation system) - HVAC design will need vents laid out to code, including furnace inside of garage and heat exchanger on the lot on the side of the house - Electrical plan will need to be laid out to code including a 40 amp electric car charger in the garage - Will need public utilities marked from sewer lateral etc. - Must use revit 2019
