I require a series of 3D Composite Renders and Images of Multi-Residential Development. The Development consists of 15 individual units, and DWG files, photos, and other material will be made available. Approximately 20 images in total. The successful applicant must also have the capacity to turn the renders into a marketing video, with flyovers across the development area. Some Files have been included to assist with the scope of work. (Full finish and material schedule will also be supplied.) Competency must be demonstrated and the tender will be awarded to the applicant who can fulfill this current scope and the future requirements of the project. Note - this is for images only. Next stage of the project will be in 1 month, where we will be wishing to continue to work with the same party to provide the other required materials. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a portfolio of architectural renders.
