Create a 3d car body mesh from reference contours...

Hello I am looking to have a 3D mesh of a car modelled with medium/higher detail. I would like the mesh surface and ridges to be smooth and cover the body in one piece. I will be using this mesh to CNC cut a mold to build a life sized part. I modelled the base form using ribs included in the attached [login to view URL] file. I wasn’t able to export the rib polylines so I had to extrude them into polygons. The attached [login to view URL] includes the contour ribs on the left hand side that I would like the body based on, as well as a poor quality mesh on the right hand side as a ruff example of what the car looks like and a centre divider plane to calculate the location of the right hand side of the car. The issue with the existing body mesh is that it doesn’t exactly follow the contour ribs, is not smooth and does not include enough polygons to be cut using the CNC router. I would also like the mesh vertices to line up with the door ridge line as viewed from the side. As a deliverable I would like to have a cad model file as well as an exported obj file.
