create 3d files from 2d .ai vector artwork

I have signs made, carved out of glas and stone. For this, i have 2d .ai cc artwork which I have created. I have 20 years of design experience but little 3d proficiency. I use adobe CC. I would like you to rework the artwork into 3D files so that i can create simulations with different materials in after effects with C4d lite and/or video copilot element 3d v2, adobe dimension (obj), and/or in photoshop. I will want to add the signs to photos the clients send so they can see what materials would look good in their environment. I will need photo quality rendering for the web store as well as simple animations so that reflective / transparant materials will be percieved properly. Attached is SAMPLE data, this is not the file to be used. This is a demonstration project. there are different versions to be created and perhaps i will outsource the rendering as well. I need to be able to change the material of the layers: body, leaf, and text seperately. But it should all look like one piece if i choose clear glass for all of them, which is the most frequent. I hope that you understand my desired output and can make suggestions how the best way for me to get there. thanks for reading.
