Attached two pdf drawings of a house.
We want to see what it would look like to build a loft room into the truss structure. It should have a dormer.
The freelancer should use the overall dimensions from the pdf and build a simple vector model to give a visual impression in 3D of the loft room.
Truss design or detail engineering is not required, just a visual impression/rendering of the size and position of the loft relative to the roof structure and the rooms below.
