I require the design of a 3d enclosure for a circuit board project:
The enclosure is required to contain:
PCB assembly (~110mm X 60mm)
Mainboard with submodules.
The PCB should attach firmly to the enclosure with mounting points/screws.
Two small speakers (+-40mm square)
Associated Speaker type “slots”
Mounting standoff for internal mounting
16x2 char LCD cutout aligned with LCD on PCB and beveled nicely to match.
Five buttons to align with PCB tactile switches.
Cutout in main enclosure with “guides” i.e. small protrusion internally to support the button stem from wiggle.
Five printed “buttons” with suitable stems to connect to tactile switches
Enclosure cutouts will be required to match USB micro charger input and a round cutout for 3.5mm audio out jack.
The PCB will have RGB LED. The enclosure should thus have a 3mm “ring/layer” that can be printed by opaque/transparent material at some level of the enclosure. This will allow the colour of the RGB LED to be visible. Alternatively the enclosure should be designed such that a laser cut 3mm clear perspex layer can be sandwiched flush with the enclosure to serve the purpose of this ring.
.STL file is essential as well as source files used.
