I want to make my own shelves for a Bosch wine fridge. Shelves need to be specific to Burgundy bottles. Bottles are approx 292mm tall, and have diameter of 85mm. Inside fridge have the following dimensions 525mm width and 440mm depth. Thought max width is 525mm, there are "lips" in the fridge consteuction to rest the shelves on, so shelves have to be 525mm wide, but bottles should be contained within a width of 500mm. Each bottle will rest between slots in the construction (see photo). The goal is to have 2 rows of bottles, laying back to forth, almost "interlocking", see photo. Bottles also need to remain stable when stacking bottles on top of each other.
Need to see front faceing view, with dimensions (preferably with bottles), also top view (with and without bottles) with dimensions. I will be using oak with 16 or 18mm thickness in the construction
