Hello, I am interested in your project because I have great experience in plastic and sheet metal housings design especially for various electronic & IT products. I have done many enclosure design projects and you can look at some of them here on my portfolio page. I use Autodesk Inventor Prof. (Certificated Professional) as my main 3D CAD tool, but when needed also Solidworks and AutoCAD. For review I usually send 3D (DWF or eDrawing) and 2D (pdf&dwg) files so you can make remarks and notes for modifications. Prototyping and 3D printing files I sent as step, stl, dxf, sat, iges, dwg... It would be nice if you could provide some concept sketches of your enclosure project with basic dimensions (as jpeg or pdf sketch). Also if you have some sketches or CAD file of PCB with dimensions, that will be great. After I review material, I can tell you my opinion and approximately time needed for finishing project.
