I need 3D models of the following for a 30-second TV commercial: 1.) City University for the City of Cagayan de Oro, Philippines 2.) Fast train from Cagayan de Oro City to Davao City both in Mindanao, Philippines 3.) Using 4th industrial revolution technologies to solve traffic, including drones, computer network center, road sensors, traffic lights with A.I. A rough version of ad is attached so you can get the feel of it. As an option, you may use a little animation for some dynamism.
