3D modelling - convert rhino igs file to dxf then amend it by changing the blade thickness, twist amount and surface curve.

I have an igs file, want to convert to dxf (so I can view it in Google Sketchup - I know I'm a 3D newbie)

Then would like to print in 3D e.g.

I will pay for the 3D printing

Note that after the initial prototype is printed in 3D I have ideas for other amends.

I will pay for additional 3D amends

Also note that the product is Patent Protected and the work done here cannot be used for any other client or purpose.

Any skills in fluid dynamics (for optimising blade design) is appreciated.

Any skills in electric motor design / drive mechanisms (for future component housing) is appreciated.
