Modern 3 bed and 3.5 bath duplex house plan needed for west facing in 45 ft x 25 ft (Width) built area in approximate of 32 ft x 60 ft plot area. Plan should be as per vastu compliance. Please keep in mind, the cost of building the house should be cost effective and should not be exceeding 25 lakhs Indian rupees. Appreciate and accept creative brains... Indian architects are most welcome. Please share your portfolios and let me know what you can provide from the following list and what would be your proposal. Looking for: 3D Front Elevations 3D Floor Plans 3D Walkthrough Video Vaastu compliance Interior Designing House Design Architectural Design Cost estimation of house Making suggestions to keep the budget in check Mandatory duplex requirement: Ground floor: No car parking. 1 Master bedroom with attached bathroom. 1 common washroom with toilet. 1 living area. 1 kitchen and washing area for dishwasher, washer and dryer. 1 store room. 1st floor: 2 bed rooms with attached bath rooms. 1 living area. 2nd Floor (terrace): 1 room with bathroom - optional (only if budget permits) Water tank. Attaching complete plot measurements. Project is expected to be completed in 1-2 weeks.
