Pneumatic cylinder, 3D and 2D mechanical drawings

I'm having a pneumatic project at hand and would like to outsource all of the professional drawing job to a freelancer. I would like the drawings to be completed on RS DesignSpark Mechanical (free 3D design software). This to include 2D component and assembly drawings that are ready for manufacturing to British standard. I would provide hand drawn sketches to the winner of the bid. These are going to be mostly cylindrical objects with o-rings groves and sliding surfaces. As deliverable I would like to receive a single file of an assembly that contains all of the 3D components including the 2D drawings that are ready for manufacturing.
