Please include an estimate of how many hours you think this project will take you. We have a basic 3D model in Sketchup of a neighborhood block with a park, 12 houses two empty lots, 1 multiunit structure. The purpose of this project is for you to improve the quality of that model by rendering it so it is more presentable and more closely matches reality. We can provide you photos in addition to what's available on Google maps. For this project, we are looking for you to: - Improve the detail & quality of the existing park, 12 houses and two empty lots by rendering them - Add model detail to the park (pool, trees, basketball court, playground, etc) - Add a house that's missing (we'll send measurements) - More accurately match the details of reality to the rendering The deliverable should be a Sketchup file that we can open and make further changes to. In terms of quality level, we are not looking for photorealistic but one level below that. The existing distances, heights, and other measurements in the drawing are accurate. Before starting the project, we will agree together on what level of quality is expected by you showing us samples of what you've done. We have a lot of other work related to this project apart from what's listed here, so ideally we're looking for someone who has the availability and skill to work together for a more extended period of time.

I know the meaning of clean detail modeling and standard managing file in Sketchup. According to my understanding of your needs, I think the improvements and adding will take between 20 to 30 hours.
