I can do this. It would help if you could give some dimensions. Such as how big the circle in the middle should be and how thick the object should be.

this work will be done in autodesk inventor professional 2016 you will be provided all required drawing files STL, STP etc you have to provide the dimensions/scale of the drawing. I am bidding this much low because I am new to freelancer.
