Do some 3D Modelling / interior design

GENERAL Design type: Modern Contemporary Description: Design of kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, and wc. The design is only for on dwelling, as the other one will be the same. Materials: Tiles (see some of attached photos for ideas, it doesn't have to be like in the photos). Wall tiles are from floor to ceiling in all the areas including bathroom, wc, and ensuite). It would be nice if you could combine some timber look tiles (like the timber look tiles attached in photo T5). Please find attached the architectural working drawings. KITCHEN Description/Parameters/Materials: For the kitchen keep in mind, all the flooring (except bathroom, ensuite, and wc) will be in engineered timber flooring (wall nut colour, see the photo attached). Walls will be white through out the house. No tiled flooring for kitchen (it will be the same walnut engineered timber flooring, see picture K2). Wall tiles desirable for kitchen splach back. The 40mm stone bench top with 40mm stone sides is desirable (as in the attached photo K1). REQUIREMENTS: 1. 3D design of all the interiors - a realistic, clear representation 2. Colour and material schedule (including quantity in square meters for each material) 3. Elevation plans including dimensions
