We are an International Recruitment Specialist. We wish to hire one or more persons who are proficient using social media marketing tools, such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn to search for "passive" candidates with specific niche skills in the local labour market where there is a skill shortage. Our clients have a preference for hiring employed professionals, rather than those out of work. The right person/persons will be someone who: 1. Has top English language skills to write like a native English speaker 2. Can come up with creative ways to build relationships with "passive" candidates, not currently looking for their next career opportunity 3. Can market research job boards to identify skill shortages Initial Task: Develop a Marketing Strategy and a 1 page Business Plan on how you propose to target passive candidates through social media. The successful person will be offered a role of Project Manager to implement the Marketing Strategy. When you apply, please add evidence of: 1. Previous experience developing a marketing strategy 2. One or more of your projects using social media marketing tools
