Subtitle needed from English to Brazilian Portuguese

I need a good translator who is a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker to make subtitles from short videos (5-13 minutes) from English to Brazilian Portuguese.
You should be able to:
- Create a subtitle from a video, without the transcript (just audio). Sometimes the script will be available, but you should not expect it.
- Add the timings on the subtitle file and send the output as an .srt file.
- Follow some simple guidelines, like how many characters per line and the duration of each character on the screen.
Disclaimer: The videos might contain adult language and terms related to sex.
Please tell me your fix rates for a 5 minutes of video with the specifications stated above.
