I'm localizing my app into French, and I'm looking for an experienced translator to do it. It's a music tool app, more precisely a tuner + metronome, so there are a couple of domain-related terms.
The documents in total have 1580 words. The translation is from English.
- Translators must not add new lines in the documents, and the structure should remain the same after translation (no newlines, no start spacing)
- The musical notes must be localized. For example, in English, we have C, D, in French, we have Do, Re. There is a page on Wikipedia describing the few notation systems available.
- Translators must not remove the %@ characters; however, a reposition may be needed to fit the desired meaning. (e.g. "Between %@ and %@" becomes "Between 3 and 4" after we replace the tokens; in some languages, the position of %@ might differ)
- The deliverables must have the same file name as the original and must be in .txt format; only the iso code must change based on the language you translate: (e.g., [login to view URL] becomes [login to view URL] for Chinese)
