I'm a native Lithuanian, speak my mother tongue fluently and can definitely provide the translation you need from Lithuanian. However, as you may know, Latvian and Lithuanian are two distinct languages, and so most likely you will need to find a Latvian to translate the Latvian part of whatever you need. Lithuanians don't understand Latvian and vice-versa. I'd also like to note that Lithuanian is an extremely hard language to translate using the internet, one needs a native speaker like you noted to translate, not those other Bangladeshis and Indians who have very little of actually speaking the language.
Lithuanian is a language that focuses very much on idioms, so even if one were to translate "šaukštai po pietų" literally, it would turn out as "spoons after lunch", however the good translation would be "missed the boat", since "šaukštai po pietų" indicated that it is too late. Vice versa, if you were to put that 500 word document into google translate it will sound excruciatingly wrong, so whoever is reading it will understand that a poor translator worked on the job.
That is why I believe you should hire me, since I speak both fluent mother tongue Lithuanian and clearly have demonstrated my proficiency in English, allowing for the translation to be as accurate as possible.
