Translate from Japanese to English

I have a big Japanese to English translation project. The total number of words are unknown as some of the files are in PDF, but they must be around 30,000 in total. In order to apply for this job, you must strictly adhere to the following requirements: (1) You must be a native Japanese with an excellent command of English, or a native English speaker with an excellent command of the Japanese language: all in all, I am looking for someone who is perfectly fluent in both these languages; (2) You must be an individual translator and not some translation company; (3) You must strictly abide by the agreed deadline. Delays and excuses are highly unprofessional. Please refrain from applying if you feel otherwise. (4) You must agree with the price of INR 0.90 per English word. (5) You must be equally comfortable in working with PDFs and Word files. Kindly note that I will require the translation in an editable Word file. You should be able to retain at least 80% of the original format. Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a short sample translation of about 100 words. I need to be sure about the quality as I may get a lot of other projects from this client, which would obviously entail a long-term working relationship with the hired freelancer.
