I need translation services from English to Italian. My application has about 1350 strings of text. A large portion of this task has already been done by another translator for an earlier version of the application. ONLY 160 STRINGS NEED TO BE TRANSLATED. (The earlier translations should be reviewed for correctness and also so that the additional strings are translated consistently with the work already done.) I've generated an initial translation of each string using an online translator. So some of the strings will be correctly translated, some will be close, and some will be very wrong. This task requires correcting every string that needs correcting, including matching the same case as the original. For example, ALL CAPS should remain so in the translation. The person bidding on this task must be fluent in both languages - English and Italian, have strong writing skills in Italian, and have a computer background since these strings are for use in a computer program using computer terminology. A spreadsheet containing all strings is attached so that the work can be reviewed before accepting the job. The strings which have already been translated are marked as such and the strings that need translating have also been marked.
