Rebuild in Umbraco

Hello,
This is a simple, quick project to rebuild the simple content-only website in Umbraco.
Attached is the website URL, need to copy its header/footer and content pages and set them in Umbraco so we can easily edit content and pages.
Regarding the signup page (currently missing). Need to create a simple signup page. When the user fills in all the info, redirect to thank you page.
The login option will always return a message "invalid username or password".
This is a quick project, should be done in 1 day
