Steam HTC Vive App Project - Unity build

We want an initial test build of a simple VR app concept involving avatars that can communicate with a very simple background. That is it. We would like the ability to sit and look at each other. That is the project. It needs to be Steam and compatible with HTC Vive. This is a low cost test project, and entry level to bigger things. We would prefer a Unity build solution and open communication in coding and design. If it goes well, we will be interested in hiring long term, and commissions included in our ideas.
